My boiler has a fault
Before you call us out, you may feel comfortable checking a few basic things to see if you can fix the problem. If you have a boiler from after 2019, Click here. If your boiler is from earlier than 2019, it will be slightly different so click here. Please note, don’t make adjustments unless you feel you know what you are doing. We can’t be held responsible.
How do I bleed a radiator
Radiators need bleeding every now and again if there is trapped water in them. Here are some instructions on how to do this.
My condensate pipe has frozen
